Pro-rated. Rates are daily, weekly and monthly. No Refunds for early
check out of your term.
For monthly rates, Check in prior to 15th will be a full month’s rent. Check in from the 16th to the end of the month will be billed at the weekly or daily rate or a combination of the two. Rent and Electric are billed on the 1st of each month and payment is due in 3 days. A LATE FEE OF $10.00 PER DAY AFTER THE 3RD DAY. MAXIMUM 7 DAYS LATE. Service is then terminated.
Daily rates include electric. Daily rates are based on 4 people per site. 1.00 per day per additional person.
Weekly and Monthly rates, electric is billed separately. Electric is billed on the first of each month. Payment is due in 3 days.
Weekly rate requires $75.00 deposit and monthly rate requires $150.00.
Monthly rates are based on 4 people per site. Additional guest are $30.00 per month fee per person per site.
Limit is 2 vehicles per site. Additional vehicles are $50.00 per month. NO parking in streets.
Holidays and Holiday weekends require a 3 night minimum reservation.
Cancellation Policy Daily deposit is $20.00. Weekly is $50.00 Monthly is $150.00.
Gate reader requires a $25.00 deposit per proximity card.
Texas Lakeside RV Resort reserves the right to refuse service to any rig based upon its appearance and/or condition. Rigs should be 10 years or younger.
We do not accept FEMA TRAILERS Tents, Small Pop-ups, Truck Campers and Van Conversions.
Discounts apply only to Daily RV site rates and are limited to a 3 day maximum.
