Well we all survived the Turkey, hams, pies and trays of cookies! Hopefully you all did too and got all the gifts you wanted.
The weather has been spectacular and the progress could not have been coming along any better. We have just completed ALL of the underground utilities to include sewer, water, electric and cable TV. In total we have placed over 5 miles of underground infrastructure to support the finest RV PARK in Port Lavaca, Texas.
In the next two weeks we will be pouring concrete to complete Phase 1 to include 36 RV spaces that should be open in February 2012. Please be sure to make your RESERVATION. We are offering special construction rates until the clubhouse, pool laundry and bath rooms are opened.
